All FNESU schools are closed today, February 17th.

Due to the winter storm, all schools in the Franklin Northeast Supervisory Union will be delayed two hours tomorrow morning, Monday, February 17, 2025. Additional snowfall will accumulate and high winds are expected to blow and drift overnight. The delay will give all of us, including road crews, some extra time to dig out in the morning. We will reassess the conditions in the morning. If by chance we need to close, you can expect that call by 7:30am.

Good morning everyone, The snow squall timing has changed. There was a recent alert that identified squalls in our area through 7:30 this morning. We have spoken with the bus company, drivers know to pull over and wait out the snow squall. If you are transporting your students to school, or they are driving themselves, we encourage you to wait until the squalls have moved out of our area. Any tardies because of the weather will be excused. Staff members, if you need to wait out the squalls, please try to communicate with your school if you are able to. Be safe!

All FNESU Schools are closed today, February 6th due to weather. The forecast predicts a wintry mix of precipitation including freezing rain this afternoon.

All schools in FNESU will be delayed two hours today, Wednesday, January 8th, 2025. The wind overnight has drifted snow across roadways. The delay will give our road crews time to catch up.

Please join us tonight at The Enosburg Opera House for Community Resource Night from 5pm - 7pm! This is a collaboration of Sheila Mercon from HireAbility, Taylor Soule, Family Engagement Coordinator at RJSHS and Erin Durivage, Family Engagement Coordinator at EFMHS. 10+ agencies will be present to share what their programs can offer our community members. The list includes: HireAbility Prevent Child Abuse VT Cold Hollow Family Practice Franklin Grand Isle Tobacco Prevention Coalition NCSS Adult and Adolescent Services Vermont Department of Labor The NOTCH NFI Ashley Chamberlain, MA Vermont Adaptive Ski and Sports The Rise Program will also be there presenting the work they are doing at EFMHS and making snacks to share. Free Summer Meals for children 18 and under!

FNESU's official last student day of school will be on Monday, June 17th. This will be a half day for students. The FNESU School Board waived a snow day for students and we were just awarded a waiver for students for the Eclipse Day from the VT Agency of Education. Thank you for your patience as we awaited the waiver decision from the Agency of Education.

Thank you voters! The NMV UUSD Budget passed 473-318.
